Chelsea Personal Training

My Personal Training service is ideal for anyone living in Chelsea, Chelsea Harbour or South Kensington. I do the majority of my Personal Training in Clapham Junction. I train my clients in the Fitness First opposite Debenhams. Non members may use the gym if they are training with me. Training is also available within Battersea Park athletics track by Chelsea Bridge. There is easy access from Chelsea by both bus or car with parking available within 150 meters of the gym.

Each session is tailored to your needs. You will begin a targeted fat stripping exercise programme to shake your system up to create an internal environment primed to get you into shape. When this is combined to the eating the foods that accelerate results you will see and feel rapid changes in your body. To allow for long term results (no point getting in shape just to do it again this time next year) during this process we will create a long term behaviour change pattern.
