Injury rehab methodology

To recover from your injuries the first step you must take is an assessment. This will give us a picture of the injury and also the overall physical state of the body. This is especially important for ongoing pains (not acute injuries) and also post operation rehab. I use my Fitness Profile Testing System which analyses your strengths and weaknesses across your entire body.

When we have a picture of your current injury and the strengths and weaknesses across your body it is possible to set a Training Plan to resolve your specific weaknesses and also address the injury. The key element going forwards is to apply a stimulus to initiate recover within the injury BUT always below the threshold that irritates it. When this is done you can see consistent progress and in the majority of times complete resolution of the pain and injury.
