Beliefs Analysis

Our beliefs represent what we have learnt about the world around us which includes food, exercise and our attitudes towards our goal. A belief is neither right nor wrong but merely produces behaviours that do or do not help you towards achieving your goal.

To make progress long term you must develop enough productive beleifs that support you going forwards compared to negative beliefs that prevent your success.

To work on this aspect of behaviour you can take my Beleifs Analysis which looks at the main False Beliefs people hold which prevents success and also how many of the ten attitudes that create success you possess. This comes form My new book "Change Your Thinking, Change Your Shape". When we have the results we will know what areas to work on and you will go through the belief change exercises using my five step behaviour change model.
