Metabolic Typing
Metabolic typing is the science of personalized nutrition. It is an accurate system for determining which foods your body needs. Discovering your metabolic type is one of the most important moves you can take if your goal is to lose body fat or improve your health. Metabolic typing answers the foundational questions of nutrition by telling you:
• What to eat
• How much to eat
• What foods to specifically avoid
• All other aspects of nutrition including supplements, food quality etc
The reason Metabolic Typing is essential to get results is because conventional nutrition treats everyone the same and assumes you will get results eating the same way. The reality of the real world is obvious to see and some people get amazing results following one way of eating while others do not. This means the foods you must eat to get results may be very different to that of your friend, trainer or even family members. It is also means that the foods that will get you results may be completely different to those foods viewed traditionally as 'healthy'.
The process of metabolic typing works by answering a 150 question test which is emailed to the USA for analysis. Within a couple of days the results are returned to me and we then know specifically how each of the 370 foods on the food plan you are given will affect your body, in theory. We must then work together to make adjustments and ensure it works in the real world of getting you results.
